The valet service is a terrible idea. The valets are not professional and do constantly do stupid things. A lady valet liked out car and when we would come back from an outing she would sneer at us. An older man kept bothering my wife for stupid unnecessary things.

The staff was wonderful and did everything they could to give me the best fully accessible room. This made my stay extremely more comfortable and relaxing without the stress. The entire room and bathroom was very clean and the beds are amazingly comfortable! The shuttle was great as well. The drivers, to and from, the airport were very helpful in helping me to get on and off the shuttle with my limited mobility. Thank you to the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers for a pleasant experience!!

The hotel offered shuttle services from the airport and to the cruise port. Very convenient and easy to get to the hotel and the port. The staff at the hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. We would stay here again and I definitely recommend Candlewood Suites.

I decided to stay at this property because of the location & proximity to the airport & also because of the expedia ratings, however I was amazed that the hotel was not even close to the revies & ratings. The property is not clean, the staff is standoffish. They willl nickel & dime you for every little thing. There was no lotion in the room, I was told that I had to purchase it at the front desk.
