terrific value for the money. excellent panoramic city view.
friendly bldg mgmt, responsive hosts! stylish/clean apt, modern appliances, queen bed/room and comfy murphy bed in living room (can sleep 4). a/c, washer/dryer, walk-in closet, ironing board, coffee pod machine, 2 tv's. nice bldg facilities, secure yet easy access, nearby parking options. great location - 2 blocks from Bayfront Park/marina/mall, pharmacy & restaurants. safe neighborhood. hotel has clean gym and saltwater pool, rooftop bar, semi outdoor lounge areas. basic bar/restaurant in lobby, but try Pollos Y Jarras peruvian bbq restaurant (only 1 block away - colorful, friendly staff, reasonable prices, great dishes). instacart/publix. nearby public transport or uber. highly recommended!
