Guest key fob fee of $30 for duration of the stay is collected by front desk upon check-in for every 2 adult guests 18 and over.

No beach sand to be brought up to the condo, please rinse off before coming upstairs after going to the beach.

No smoking of any kind in the condo is allowed. If evidence of smoking is found, guests will lose all security deposit of $350.

Pets are not permitted unless they are Service Animals with official documentation as well as vaccination records, as this is a private property. If guests bring animals without advising host, guests will lose the entire security deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
- 100% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date
- 50% refund for cancellations more than 7 days before check-in date

- A scanned copy of Picture ID will be required after making a reservation
- Guests shall comply with all the Homeowner Association rules, any violations of such rules which result in a financial penalty will be the responsibility of the guests.
