Apartment was spacious and comfortable as advertised. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Location was very walkable to stores and restaurants. Felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood. A little late on my review, but this place was perfect for our family trip in Nov 2023. The property is exactly like the pictures. It's super nice, clean and very comfortable. The views were beautiful especially at night. Close to many restaurants and CVS is literally 2 min away. We had no issues checking in, but checking out was not pleasant. I had issues with the lock box so I asked the front desk for assistance and the young female teenager was very rude and responded with a lot of attitude. Fortunately, the other guy working there helped me. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.

Was in town for a work conference with coworkers and chose this apartment in Brickell. Very convenient location within walking distance from restaurants and not too far from downtown. Property manager shared all information before which was super helpful and made the check in & checkout process easy.
