The check in process took forever. Initially there were experiencing Internet problems, which created a backlog. Checking in individual people was a very long process. Then, the actual room was at Beachside hotel, which is about a mile from the check in counter, so we had to drag our luggage for a mile. Then, the room had no soap or shampoo, only one roll of toilet paper, and the TV was not working. It is also very hard to get them to answer the phone. Eventually, they brought in more soap and fixed the TV.

Bathroom had no soap and the tub looked dirty. One of the televisions were not programmed. Also the picture on the website stated that there was a pull out couch in the living room and there was not. There were several people in the reception check in complaining of the same false advertising. The room was nice and spacious but I needed the additional couch for my son to sleep and the kids ended up sleeping together. Great location and parking was fair and easy. I would return again in the future.

WARNING: Extremely Unsanitary and Unsafe Stay My wife and I had one of the worst travel experiences we’ve ever had at this property. I’m sharing this review so others are aware before booking. The apartment was full of cockroaches. We found cockroaches in the bathroom, in different areas of the unit, and even inside the toaster when we tried to make breakfast. It was absolutely disgusting and unsate. The apartment was also dirty, clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The coffee maker had mold inside, making it impossible to use. We reported everything immediately to the front desk, showed them photos, and were told they couldn't do anything. They said someone would come to clean the unit, but no one ever showed

I was lied to. I didn't expect to have to walk to a separate building on a separate block. I got parking ticket because you offer no parking lot for paying guests. Rude employees didn't give me new sheets or towels when they said they would. Our "vacation" was ruined by having to walk so far to the beach.

Would never stay at this property or any other properties they own. Check in was OK. We had to walk eight blocks to get to our room. When we got there. The air conditioner did not work properly. I called the front office and she said she was just told about the air conditioner.(I’m sure she knew in advance.) We then asked to be transferred to a different room. An employee bought us keys for the new room, no one mentioned we have to walk five more blocks to get to the new room. Once we got to the other room the key cards did not work. It was very difficult to get a hold of the front desk from then on. Not quite so friendly if you have a problem/complaint. We ended up booking a completely different hotel returned both sets of keys and asked for a refund. She said it she would need a contact the manager’s for approval . Still waiting to see if I get a refund or not. Needless to say never ever again.

Property had a kitchen but apparently new management decided to remove everything in the kitchen that makes is useful. So basically no way to cook your own meals - no pots, pans, dishes or utensils of any kind. Its why we booked a room with a kitchen. We only had one working (hot water) tap in the bathroom sink - rust at the bottom of the shower drain (I mean a lot of rust).

terrible service. lazy housekeeping staff. i had to wait 2 hours for a room that i pre-booked. the room was dirty and definitely not well maintained. there was mold in the shower and on the ceiling. the floor was dirty. there was nowhere to charge your phones near the beds. the water pressure was awful. the only saving grace was the comfortable bed. the AC in there barely worked and it was very loud. the doors to both the bathroom and bedroom did not close. i also had to walk 2 blocks down to the hotel after checking in and there was no parking that wasn’t paid. would not recommend.

I stayed at Beachside location at 8320. It is not on Collins Avenue and away from main hotel location (15 min walk). The property manages multiple sites but only had staff and front desk at the Seaside location making it inconvenient when needing hotel assistance. No transportation shuttle available to get to the other additional hotel sites which i thought was ridiculous. Had to walk in thunderstorm rain to get to Beachside location at 8320 after checking in at Seaside. Arrived and my key cards did not work. Had to wait almost 45 min for staff to arrive to open the door. Room itself was set up nice but there was one cracked TV in one bedroom area, called each day for maintenance, no one showed. Also latches for windows were broken, hard to close windows once opened. Staff are pleasant but surely cannot manage the multiple properties adequately. 8320 Beachside location also has no dining options nearby...had to walk to Seaside on Collins Avenue each day for food. 5/10 rating for Beachside location! Stayed at Seaside previously and had much better experience. Not worth it to stay at the alternate Beachside locations!!!
