The person at the front desk upon checking in was less than friendly The room seemed clean at first , but when we went to use the shower there was hair in it and the towels had hair in them also. The tissue holder had something stuck on it and the comforter top had some black crumbs on it. Totally disgusting

We were assigned a 3rd floor room, normally not a problem. However, the elevator was not working on this day. Our party was 3 senior women. No way we're we going to climb up to the 3rd floor, luggage in tow, on concrete outside stairs. We waited for nearly an hour to see if repairs were being made to the elevator, but after a long day driving to Miami, we needed to find different arrangements for the night. The young woman at the desk was as helpful as she could be. This wasn't her mess to clean up.

“The B&B Hotel has great potential. We noticed some dirt on the reception sofa and we missed having a water dispenser where we could fill our bottles to keep water in the room. It would also be nice to have a coffee maker in the room. I noticed that there was a renovation going on at the front desk, which I thought was great, as it shows you are improving the facilities. Aside from that, the room was very comfortable, with cozy beds and a strong shower with hot water. Just a few points for improvement. We will come back to check the improvements.”
