Be aware- this is not a nice hotel Many issues with facilities and staff and managers. Only 1 elevator working. it took me 30 minutes to run up and grab my jacket. 7 guests were waiting for elevator. It opened but was full of cleaning staff. Staff shut door and went back up so the wait started over. My door and key access didn’t work. I had to go down multiple times. I was told I wasn’t using the key right but I had a number of their staff try and it still didn’t open but they said it was my fault. You get 3 towels. My husband and I use 4. They wouldn’t give me 4 because I had to turn 1 in to get a replacement. So we took turns showering so someone could turn in a towel for the replacement. I prepaid 3 nights. I couldn’t stay 24 hours. I told them this was unacceptable and I would be leaving immediately. I paid for the night I stayed but I needed the last two nights credited since I wasn’t going to stay another night. I was blown off by staff and told they can’t help but the manager would approve Never heard from manager and they charged me for the 2 nights I didn’t stay I could go on but this is already too long.

The stay was overall good! The hotel was clean for sure but cold in the way of sterile, like a hospital room. I liked there being no carpet but it did make the room a bit more noisy. Light came through the door from the hallway, as well as you could hear others in their rooms as you walk by. The staff the first night was super nice but the second night not so much. Very broken English so when we asked again she got mad that we didn’t understand her. We were never told you had to change your keys out each day for safety. Which is fine but we should have been informed after carrying up a huge hand full of things we couldn’t get in the room so we had to take it all back down and get new keys. There is an ihop right next door which is nice. The area around is literally behind the airport. Never felt unsafe with random people hanging out. Seemed like other travelers as well that were nice and doing the same as us. Just staying for a night or 2. Parking was free and easy to access. Right by the door. It is remodeled but of course coming from a contractors family the attention to detail was not there like caulking and patch work but the remodel was still nice. Over all I would stay again for sure. Clean and comfy bed and bath are most important to me.

The hotel is super clean and that is the only thing I liked about it. They dont offer anything in the room such as mini body lotions, water bottles , coffee/tea stations nor kleenex. The rooms need more decorations as well

A nice clean and spacious, modern facility. Leftvtoo early for breakfast. This hotel is right next to the airport. They had no shuttle. I would give 5 stars for service if they had.

We stayed in three different motels and our time in Miami. This would not be my top choice to ever stay at again, although it was close to IHOP and a really nice small dining bar area. The hotel itself is currently under new membership. I think within the last five months and they were still doing active repairs with only one elevator working when we arrived there was no staff at the desk. I had to call out to find somebody The room appeared to be clean, but when we crawled into the bed to go to sleep, we noticed that the bedding smelled like sweat and due to that I was unable to sleep. This location is also extremely noisy a lot of street noise and disruptions throughout the night. I would not recommend staying in this facility until it is fully renovated and staff has a better grip on cleanliness of their rooms

Stay for an overnight to pick up family from cruise port the room we stayed in was very clean would stay again lady at front desk was very helpful.
