I had no hot water for showering one day. Service level disappointing - two days in a row my breakfast order was mishandled, and loooong lines at front desk at times due to only one person staffing, even when more than one person was available to do so. Not sure I would stay here again due to the service level.

Great hotel with huge rooms. Loved all the amenities however, the pool needs to be heated, as it was very cold. Also didn't have hot water in our room. Water got mildly warm sometimes but not hot. They sent someone to repair it twice and they said it was fixed, but the issue persisted. When we told the staff they were wonderful and offered us a discount, so over all a very good experience.

Stay away from 7th Floor

There was a large gap in the mattress pad of king size bed making it difficult to get comfortable. While it was an uncommonly cold week in Miami the heat in my room did not work. On final night stay I requested a new room as I could not handle it another night. Stay way from 7th floor!!! 😂
