The convenience stores inside the casino said open 24/7-not open most of the time. We were sick and had to extend our stay. Restaurants were not open to get soup or tea. No deliveries from other places were not allowed. No box office opened to get show tix-had to set up a ticket master account. Felt like the staff was inconvenienced when i went to ask a question. Long wait to access the parking garage with inly one small elevator working

The check in was really easy since it was all through the Kee app! The staff in the front were very helpful. The room was do beautiful in person and so spacious. The best thing was how fast the ac would cool down the room! 10/10 recommend
