Facility and room was excellent, service was great, several days we had housekeeping leave things open or undone, one day we came back to an open patio thinking our room was broken into. Shower pressure is epic, location is stellar. Would love to stay again with a better more consistent housekeeping experience

No formal greeting upon arrival. Did not offer any assistance with a map, sites around the city, etc. Ask about noise level in the room assigned, told it would be very quiet. But turned out our room was on the first floor in front of the street and right across is a bar that plays music all through the night with very noisy customers right outside the establishment. Our room had water leakage in the bathroom, told the front desk, but did not offer any change to a different room. It looks like a nice and new property but it seems that the renovation was subpar. The room next to us already has water damage on the wall next to our room; noticed that when housekeeping was cleaning the room. Also, housekeeping is hit or miss, several days, did not refill the complimentary water bottles even though they were empty. Same goes for the coffee pods and toilet paper. All and all, for that price point, I expect more from this hotel. Very disappointed.

Spacious, clean hotel, just bring earplugs.

Vuestro is a new hotel in a very safe, clean neighborhood (that has a Starbucks) which is very walkable to all the restaurants and sites we wanted to visit. We were upgraded to a more spacious room at the front of the building. It was a great room, good bed, and excellent water pressure in the shower. The only caveat is that there's a wine bar across the street. It doesn't get too loud or go on too late, but earplugs are still a must. We are sensitive sleepers and found that earplugs left us very well rested. We'd stay here again - and yes, in this same room!

Well kept secret

The staff speaks English and is dynamic, friendly and helpful. Every morning the breakfast made on demand was fresh and perfectly nutritious. The room was not very large but still perfect for us two. The desk clerks helped us book a tour and gave helpful advice. The hotel was built in late 2024 so is in perfect condition.

Warm and welcoming staff. Great location.

The highlight of our stay was the staff - warm, welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The made-to-order breakfast was delicious. The location of the hotel made it convenient to get to most cafes, bars and restaurants in the Reforma/La Condesa/Polanco neighborhoods, and a short walk over to the museums within the Bosque de Chapultepec. We would stay here again.

Customer Service is terrible. Limited staff that speaks English. A promise of service to be on time, such as laundry delayed to be delivered. Ended up missing my flight and rebook my ticket due to waiting for Laundry Service. Staff do no not acknowledge poor services. No free coffee on breakfast, you have to pay for any expresso or even regular coffee. They serve flavor water which barely taste anything other than more sugar on. Their Whatsapp communication is terrible.

Mi experiencia en este hotel fue espectacular y muy positiva. Desde el primer día hasta el último, todo salió bien. Todos los trabajadores fueron súper amables y profesionales, y siempre estaban disponibles para cualquier cosa, sin importar la hora. No me faltó nada y me hicieron sentir muy cómodo. La habitación era moderna y estaba muy limpia, y el espacio era suficiente. La ubicación era ideal porque había muchos lugares y restaurantes alrededor, y además el lugar era muy tranquilo. Al ser mi primera vez en la ciudad, siempre recordaré este tiempo tan especial.
