Clean room - really??

Unfortunately I got sick and I threw up in my bathroom on day 2 of my stay. Not a big mess but some missed the toilet. Thought the maid would clean everything the next day…. but no…. as a test I didn’t say anything…. and day after day after day…. never cleaned…. yet the sink and shower was cleaned and new towels provided daily. Not good.

Primero la habitación asignada no servía la tina por filtración y nos cambiaron, tardaron más de 40 min en el cambio, en el cambio encontramos un alacrán en la habitación todo esto se reportó y no tomaron medidas para garantizar la seguridad de mis hijos. Esta bien el concepto del hotel pero mal la limpieza y seguimiento a la queja en ese momento.

A pleasant surprise

This little hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Excellent service, extremely friendly staff, and unique location. The room is very nice and fully equipped, although a little bit dark. I wish I had a chance to fully take advantage of it, but my stay was too short. The food at the cafeteria was tasty and nicely presented, the menu selection is a little bit limited, but this might have been due to limitations caused by the present COVD pandemic. Excellent service.

Many little things required help. Even though the room itself if very nice and the staff is very helpful, we had to call for help too many times in just a two day stay. 1) Worst thing is the bathtub since the edge is almost three feet high and it is very dangerous to get in and out. The body wash and shampoos are located in a very difficult place to reach and keep your equilibrium. 2) TVs are user unfriendly. The arrows on the remotes do not respond well. We had to call. 3) Once the remote ran out of batteries. We had to call. 4) On arrival the safety deposit box was unusable. We had to call. Even when the staff is nice and the room is nice, it was eventually aggravating to have had to call so many times in a short two day stay.
