I loved this place. Some people complain about noise but I did not notice a thing, and my stay was very long. The staff was very friendly to us and helped us with anything we needed. Highly recommended. We will come back for sure.

Es un lugar espectacular, muy limpio y con un staff increíble, te van a ayudar con cualquier duda o recomendación. El estacionamiento es amplio en comparación a otros edificios de la zona, puedes caminar cerca y hay muchos restaurantes y tiendas al alcance. Nos encantó la habitación y lo mejor es que reservamos una con terraza para que nuestro perrito estuviera más cómodo y le encantó.

Location of the property is great! Lots of restaurants, shopping and public transportation nearby. Rooms were clean upon arrival, but you had to pay extra for additional cleaning. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. The property is located on a main street that was very noisy even though there is double glazing in the windows. Had to purchase ear plugs to reduce the noise. For winter, there is no heat in the rooms, but there is air conditioning if you are there in the summer. Had to use the stovetop elements to heat up the room. There is no dining area in the building; however, there is a 24-hour taco restaurant next door that is excellent, plus many nearby restaurants within walking distance. The advertising boasts a roof-top seating area, weight room and game room; however, these are in open-air spaces and we did not use them due to the fall temperatures. The value of the rooms is good. They are spacious and would be good for adult or family stays. Ours was a two-bedroom apartment with a living area, kitchen and two bedrooms with queen and king beds. Overall excellent value. The biggest disadvantage was the noise, but a $4 earplug purchase solved this problem. This is the reason for the 4-star rating.

Our stay was nice! The place was clean, and the staff was very kind and gave us great recommendations. The only downsides were that the walls were a bit thin, so we could hear noise from the lobby, and the lights made it hard for the room to get completely dark. Other than that, I would recommend it. It’s family-friendly, and we really enjoyed the gym and playroom.

Very clean and modern. The area is excellent too — very accessible, there’s a metro bus station nearby, as well as lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. Really appreciated the in-room filtered water faucet as well, considering that tap water isn’t potable in CDMX.
