Clean, large and modern apartment. Make sure you get a balcony suite to enjoy the breathtaking view, and make sure you check the rooftop bar at night- here again the view is stunning and the ambiance very friendly- there even is a coworking area if you need any work to be done. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood. It’s easy to walk to restaurants every day. You get into your hotel room with a code rather than a key. I actually liked this because it was much quicker than digging out a key card every time we needed to get into the room. There is a full fridge, sink, and water filter in every room which was also very convenient. The staff was nice and accommodating. The only things I feel they could improve are the cleanliness and maintenance. Some of the linens were stained, the floor was not very clean upon arrival, the air conditioning unit would occasionally leak even when kept at the temperature they told us to use, the shower head leaked at the connecting piece to the pipe and it would spray all over the ceiling. The room was also much much smaller than it appeared in the photos. Other than that it was a safe and convenient location for day trips and sight seeing within the city. It’s walking distance from the famous Chapultepec park and anthropology museum.

I had a great stay at this apartment/hotel in Mexico City. The location is fantastic—safe, vibrant, and close to everything I needed. Parking was incredibly easy, which made arrival and daily outings stress-free. The staff were cordial and professional, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which I really appreciated. The only small issue was with the bathroom layout: the drawer didn’t stay closed, and it blocked the door from opening inward unless I reached in to shut it first. It was a minor inconvenience, but something that could easily be fixed. Overall, I loved the place and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone visiting CDMX.

This hotel is locate in a wonderful area, my husband and I stayed here 2 times so far. There is shopping and food all around that is walking distance. The hotel itself is very clean. The guest can be noisy. So between guess noise and outside noise, if you are a light sleeper I would suggest wearing earplugs to sleep.

The noise coming from the street all hours of the day and night can be a problem for those who don’t like to listen to sirens and car horns 24/7. Location was great and having free washing machines was a bonus. We were able to get to everything we wanted by walking or Uber that was everywhere and fast.
