I usually stay here when I’m in Mexico City. This time around my room was not ready at 4pm I was giving a different room on the 5th floor but elevator was not working. Room was noisy, I couldn’t get any sleep as I could herar everything o the room next door and on the 6th floor.

Service people were nice, super calm and pretty neighborhood. Wonderful bakery’s, and a small deli store around the corner. High end stores on the Main Street, a block away. Balcony was nice, quiet, spacious. Nice rooftop, laundry there, and parking available. People were able to leave their bags till check in and after checkout for a bit. Only downfall in apartment was smell. It smelled not the best.

Location is unbeatable, but the most outstanding thing about ULIV is the staff, starting from Rafael, they all go above and beyond to offer the best possible service. Facilities are clean, private and comfortable; all high quality materials. I only stayed in for a week this time, but will definitely come back for a longer period. Best choice, ever!

The hotel has a great location, but there are a few issues. Room cleaning is chargeable and not cheap, unlike many hotels that offer it for free. Nothing is replenished for your stay. I stayed five days and only received two coffee capsules. The hotel said they are only provided on the first day of check-in, and afterwards I had to buy capsules myself at the supermarket. This is a bit strange. The toilet paper was only half-rolled when I checked in. They didn't provide new toilet paper for new guests. The room's air conditioning didn't have a heating function, so the room was a bit cold during my stay. You need to ask the front desk for a heater.
