Beautiful hotel. Immaculate service. Clean and safe! We loved our stay in a large hotel room with a view of the park. Spa, pool, sauna, gym and food amenities were wonderful! Staff friendly! Highly recommend!!!

W head an excellent stay. All the staffs room service, recepción and concierge were wonderful. Special shoutout to the concierge team Gabriel and Alyssa who had excellent recommendations as well as helped us every day with even reservations at restaurants!!!

Great stay and very convenient location

I went to Mexico for a 4 days business trip. Room is spacious with great view to the Chapultepec park. Service from the staff is very good. Food at their own restaurant is good but service is slow, especially at breakfast time so if you're in a rush you better come down earlier than planned.
