Clean room and great location. Front desk staff could have systems in place to better assist guests who only speak English. There were many interactions where the front desk was unable to communicate with me. Did not even give me information on where and when to go for breakfast during check-in

Hotel in clean safe area with good-sized rooms Resposive staff. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety of breakfast. 10mins walk to Chilapancingo metro and even fewer to the buses. Lots of food options around but do not go to the Twin Peaks!! They're rogues. Will stay again
