I absolutely love staying at Sofitel Mexico City Reforma. Every time I visit, the service is excellent and the staff make me feel genuinely welcome. Everyone is incredibly courteous, attentive, and always willing to help. The location is perfect—especially for me, since I feel safe being so close to the U.S. Embassy. The hotel also offers an amazing view of the Angel of Independence and, in my opinion, one of the best rooftop bars in Mexico City. It truly feels like a home away from home, and I always look forward to returning.
