I like the location. Personnel at the front desk is respectful and attentive as well as the concierge. I disliked the poor cleaning and disinfecting of the bath. The shower walls have mold. The toilet was not fully clean. The area where the lever is to flush the toilet was neither cleaned nor disinfected

La verdad es que cuando leí los reviews de otras personas me asusté porque yo ya había hecho mi reserva, pero creo que la gente espera que este sea un hotel nuevo cuando claramente no lo es. Yo viajé con mi esposa y mi hijo y quedamos fascinados del hotel, mi hijo adoró la piscina y la aventura de que desde el elevador se ve todo el hotel. Nos encantó sobre todo la ubicación del hotel, está súper súper súper céntrico y se puede ir a cualquier lado turístico y tiene una parada de bus enfrente con la que uno se puede mover a donde sea. Cabe mencionar que pedimos comida a la habitación y esta estaba espectacular, también el personal del Hotel siempre fue muy amable muy atento y estaban pendientes de lo que necesitáramos. Insisto el hotel no es nuevo, y esto se nota sobre todo en el baño, nuestra regadera tenía una gran Fuga que cada vez que nos bañábamos el agua se salía por todo el piso, pero fuera de esto no tuvimos problemas ni de malos olores ni de ver cosas extrañas, en general nos fue muy bien, quisiera darle cinco estrellas pero por el tema de la fuga del baño le doy 4, Pero sí he de decir que cuando vuelva a Ciudad de México seguramente consideraré quedarme nuevamente aquí, gracias por todo
