* Maximum parking clearance: 2.20 meters.

* The TV is not a Smart TV. It works via Chromecast, so you'll need to connect from your phone to enjoy your content.

1. The property and the specific unit in the reservation may not be used by more than the number of people or pets listed. All guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guests not included in the reservation may not be permitted according to building rules. Not visitors allowed.

By completing a reservation, regardless of the platform used, guests agree to provide all necessary check-in information, including but not limited to copies of valid identification (such as a driver’s license or passport), full names and ages of all guests, email addresses, and contact phone numbers. Guests must also complete any required forms or documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.



3. All guests must respect the peace and privacy of neighbors, refrain from unlawful activities, and comply with building regulations. Non-compliance may result in termination of the reservation without refund or financial penalties, as determined by building management or the host.



4. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Failure to comply may result in penalties or termination of the reservation without refund.



5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Violations may result in penalties or immediate termination of the reservation.



6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly stated in the reservation. Bringing unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund. For pet-friendly units, additional cleaning fees will apply.



7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises or in common areas. Violations will result in fines.



8. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and authorize charges to the card on file if necessary.
