It’s the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Mexico that is truly disgusting and really disappointing. I just hope that if anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel because of the price, they don’t do it and read the reviews first. The hotel is dirty, full of cockroaches, has very poor service, and I’m very disappointed with it.

Aquí tienes la traducción al inglés: The hotel is very infested with cockroaches. I told them that the room they gave me had a lot of cockroaches and asked them to change my room for that reason and give me another one without cockroaches. But it turned out to be the same, and it’s terrible to stay in rooms full of insects. The sad thing is that in Mexico they don’t give you a refund, which is very disappointing in the country I love.

La estancia fue muy cómoda; la temperatura de la habitación, la limpieza del cuarto, de la cama. Quizá el baño podría mejorar en la limpieza del piso. En general muy bien la estancia y el servicio.
