Had an absolutely incredible five day stay at ONTO Tonalá Mexico City. Check in process was quick and easy, the room was gorgeous, spacious and always clean. They had complimentary pastries for breakfast and the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is perfect too because we could walk to pretty much anywhere within 10-15 minutes. This is a great option if you’re staying in Roma Norte.

This is an upscale boutique hotel with a very cool vibe. No gym or restaurant or room service but a kitchen adequate for snacks. Coffee in the rooms and lobby and fresh croissants in the morning. Extremely clean, very helpful warm staff. Huge rooms (only 44 over 11 floors) with ultra modern layouts. Very quiet rooftop garden area for lounging. Trendy neighbourhood with so many great restaurants.

Awesome design and location, walkable to everything . I had a room on the higher floor and it had fantastic views. The room was well appointed, had great toiletries, little knickknacks that made it feel like home. The inside/outside design of the staircase is beautiful and showcased the thoughtful design.
