Absolutely terrible experience. I would never stay at this hotel again. As soon as we settled in, we discovered bed bugs in the room. It wasn’t just one or two — it was enough that my wife ended up having a visible allergic reaction to the bites. We informed the staff, but the response was completely inadequate and left us feeling ignored rather than helped. For the price we paid, this was beyond unacceptable. I travel often and have never dealt with something this awful. Avoid this place at all costs until they address their hygiene and pest‑control issues.

PRO: The room is clean and new. It has proper amenities and it is quiet from outside street noise. Bedding and pillows are comfortable. Staff are courteous. Breakfast has a good variety of options. CON: Hotel room is very small and the configuration is not meant for a family. The shower/toilet (bathroom) is open to the room. Not much provacy if you're travelling with older kids/teens. Also the sliding doors to both the shower and the toilet kept sliding open.
