Fine for a quick stay

This was fine for a 1 night stay. The staff were helpful in getting us a taxi and helping with our bags. The breakfast was good too. The lobby and restaurant are nice, but the rooms are tired and need an update. The wallpaper and a bit of the floorboard in our room was peeling off! Bed was comfy and shower fine so for a quick stay it was alright but not l the quality of room I would expect from a 4-star.

This property is less than 2 blocks from the Zocalo and approx 1/2 mile from Palacio de Bellas Artes. In a very walkable neighborhood with plenty of local food options. Through the lobby there is an entrance to the Starbucks around the corner making my morning coffee super convenient!! This is my 3rd stay at this property and it doesn’t disappoint! Due to the location there is always lots of police presence so a very safe area.
