We manage identical apartments. You will find the exact same layout, you may find different furnishing styles or colors, all are same quality as shown in the photos
We alsomanage more units here with different prices.
Super nice neighborhood and ideally located just a few dollars away from Condesa, Roma, Polanco, centro and other zones by Uber.
Great location and professionally managed. Close to shopping and local restaurants, there is a convenience store adjacent to the building.
If you like nice things this is the place for you, we have new TVs, appliances, etc.
Due to robust and thick walls on the building, wifi works great on most devices, on some devices with different antennas, wifi signal may not reach the bedrooms

There is a24 hour convenience store 10 steps from the buildingfor all momentary needs, payments, ATM, etc.
Personnel is really attentive & extra quick responding! always interested in doing a better job hosting and with excelent recommendations!
I strongly recomend to anyone visiting Mexico either for short or long term rentals!
The New building is on superb conditions, The elevator is always available and everything is super clean and impeccable.
