The best.

One of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. All staff were astounding in their service - and none more so than Herman on the front desk in the evening. The room was exceptional, room service excellent, amenities were top drawer and there was nothing more we could have asked for. As our first day of our holiday it was an incredible start. We could not have asked for anything more.

Loved our stay

We had a spur of the moment trip, staying for 6 days at the Marquis Reforma. The hotel was lovely, our room was large, the staff always friendly and attentive. Calling in advance, the consider was helpful, arranging tours with excellent guides and making reservations at several good restaurants. Breakfast was ok, not great, but the Italian restaurant on the Matinee level was lovely on the outdoor terrace and with very good food. Best thing was location and we walked to museums and restaurants. Our hotel was located within a 5 minute walk of Ritz and St Regis and was a 5 star hotel at half the price

the newly renovated rooms (top two floors, PH and 10th) are really nice with hardwood floors, but the lower floor rooms are tired and dated, with dusty carpeting throughout. We spent four nights in an older room before moving to spend the last three nights in a renovated room. we should have moved sooner.

I recently stayed at the Marquis Hotel in CDMX, and while the accommodations were fine, my overall experience was overshadowed by an upsetting incident. I accidentally left my daughter’s blouse behind and immediately contacted the hotel to retrieve it. Despite multiple calls, I was repeatedly told that nothing was found. The lack of accountability and follow-up is extremely disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. It felt as though my concerns were dismissed, and I expected much better customer service. While the stay itself was adequate, this experience has left me frustrated and unlikely to return.

We loved everything about our stay at Marquis. Staff, location, property, area, everything was perfect. The room was a little dated but that did not hinder our stay and we loved returning everyday from our adventures in CDMX to our room! We were able to walk everywhere, so centrally located and we had front row views to NYE and Sunday walking/running in the main street! Would highly recommend!
