I had an absolutely wonderful experience MX Grand Suites during my recent visit to Mexico City. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. The suite itself exceeded all my expectations - genuinely spacious with plenty of room to relax and unwind after long days exploring the city. Everything was well-stocked with all the amenities I needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The fast WiFi was perfect for staying connected, and the smart TV provided great entertainment options in the evenings. What really sets this place apart is the unbeatable location. The neighborhood is fantastic with an incredible variety of restaurants within walking distance - from local taquerías to upscale dining, there’s something for every taste and budget. Public transportation is extremely convenient too, making it easy to explore all that Mexico City has to offer without any hassle. I would highly recommend MX Grand Suites to anyone visiting this amazing city. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, this place truly delivers on comfort, convenience, and hospitality. The apartment was wonderful, spacious, clean, with good amenities and located in a lively area with a lot of dining options and convenient to Chapultapec Park and many of the museums as well as Reforma. I took off a star due entirely to noise from construction which went on all day and went late and general noise in the area, which was a real issue for me as I was working from there and a light sleeper. I was warned about the construction by reception, but it went later than I expected. It's also on a street that's difficult to get to for taxis/Ubers when there is traffic, which is pretty much always in CDMX. There is a flight of stairs up to reception, which may be a consideration for people with mobility issues, but if you can make it up one flight an elevator is available. Had it not been for the noise, it would've been 5 stars as everything else was great.

We stayed at MX grand suites for 5 nights and it was a great stay. The room and bathroom was very spacious and clean. Not to add, the super king sized bed was incredibly comfortable! The waterfall shower pressure was also super! The staff at the front desk were really nice and helpful. They ask for / check your room number every time you enter and exit the building so you feel safe staying there/leaving your belongings there when you head out for the entire day. Only minor thing is that the walls are quite thin. On our final night, there was a man who was speaking incredibly loudly on the phone at 4am. This is nothing at fault for the apartment complex though.. just unlucky we stayed the same time as that tenant.

Okay stay, good price for a week

Good price for the hotel. It was clean and comfortable and very neat looking on the inside. There was always someone at the front desk who greeted us. Javier also provided us some recommendations for Teotihuacan tours upon request. The location is prime and between the big park and the rest of the restaurants on Rio Lerma. The room is really large; like a small apartment. If you plan to prepare some minor food, there is a kitchenette for our type room. Some things that could be improved: Check-in took a while (over 10 mins), from verification of ID, copying the IDs, filling out additional "paperwork", and payment. We were promised wine when we entered, but none was available. I tried to call the front desk about this, but the phone was disconnected, so I had to go back down, where they apologized and had some delivered later. Some lights had to be plugged in to work, and the shower seemed to leak onto the bathroom floor overtime. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi (which each room seemed to have individual networks), but ours was abysmally slow. Sometimes loading basic webpages took minutes. Overall, a good stay and my family enjoyed it. I wish there was some additional minor upkeep and better internet by the hotel between stays, but overall it was a pleasant experience if you're willing to part with some creature comforts.

a fantastic contemporary hotel that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked into the room, I was struck by the sleek, modern design and the attention to detail. The decor was stylish yet inviting, creating a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. What truly made my stay memorable were the unbelievably soft sheets on the bed—like sleeping on a cloud! I woke up refreshed and ready to explore. The room was well-appointed with all the amenities like a gourmet kitchen for longer stays The hotel’s location was another highlight; it was conveniently situated near popular attractions, great restaurants, and vibrant nightlife, making it easy to explore the area on foot. To top it off, the pricing was surprisingly reasonable for such a high-quality experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chic and comfortable stay!

Stayed here for 5 days with my husband while exploring Mexico City for the first time. While this neighborhood wasn't the most lively, it felt safe and the room was a great respite after a full day of activities. The bed was very comfortable for both of us, and we remarked how comfortable the room was in general. Our only issue was the language barrier; the staff didn't speak English well, but it wasn't a big issue for us. Overall, I'd recommend staying here.
