El servicio brindado por Eumir en recepción fue extraordinario. Siempre fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros. El apartamento en el que nos hospedamos nos encantó, estaba muy cómodo, bien decorado y la ubicación excelente. Todo estaba muy limpio, felicitamos también a Aime por su buena atención a los detalles. Sin duda nos hospedaremos de nuevo en Lasai Casa Puebla.

The staff are attentive, communicative, and helpful. There are multiple outdoor seating areas, and having free washing facilities on the property was such a nice perk for longer trips. We were able to easily walk to Roma Norte and Condesa neighbourhoods, and the park was also a 10-15 minute walk. If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you can hear the street noise quite clearly. They do provide earplugs, which helped a lot!

Great location, very walkable, welcoming and attentive staff. The room has everything it advertised on line. It is located on a busy street, if you are a light sleeper like my husband you might have trouble sleeping. I slept great. They do provide you with ear plugs. I would recommend this location.

Eumir from reception was great, he went above and beyond to assist us! Great communication and service. We had a late evening flight and had to store our luggage after checking out. He stayed later beyond his shift time to ensure we could collect our valuables that we asked to lock away behind reception.

We had a first floor room. Very quiet but we lacked a window and balcony and would have liked those for fresh air. We arrived late (after the front desk had closed) but it was no problem getting in or communicating with staff via What's App. Wish there had been a water purifier in the room but it was easy enough to go down the hallway for clean water. Great budget accommodations.

Enjoyed our stay at Lasai Casa Puebla, clean, safe and quiet. Eumir, Aime and team were helpful and responsive. 5 minute walk to subway, lots of restaurants nearby, great neighborhood. Free water refills, were a big plus for me, I always feel bad about buying plastic water bottles when I travel.
Pleasant common area to work with my coffee in the morning (good wifi and a nespresso machine in the lobby :)

A perfect place to stay while visiting Mexico City. Awesome location, rooms are great, with a nice shared patio space to enjoy. Clean, well equipped. Overall, my experience with Lasai was great. The place was very clean and located in a safe, quiet area. There’s some room for improvement—specifically, having air conditioning and better water temperature control in the shower. While hot water is available, the temperature fluctuates quickly from hot to very cold, making it difficult to shower comfortably. Definitely recommend and would consider staying here again.

The room was clean and it was really helpful to have an oscillating fan to keep the bedroom comfortable. The neighborhood is great and the hotel is 3 blocks away from Rosetta, one of the best coffee shops/bakeries in the area. Amie and Mary did a great job, and Eumir was lovely and helpful.
