We have visited this property twice a year for some time, but this was definitely our last stay. The entire experience was unsatisfactory and disappointing compared to our past visits.
The issues started immediately: I attempted to change rooms but didn’t hear back until an hour after check-in, when it was too late to move. Later, we returned to the room to find items missing from the countertop. When we asked for fresh towels and help with a broken TV remote, no one ever came—yet staff insisted they had attended to it and even claimed to have 'evidence.' It felt dishonest.
Finally, regarding a late checkout: I was instructed to ask at 9:00 AM, only to have it initially denied. It wasn't until I listed out all these complaints to the staff that they finally agreed to accommodate the late checkout. While I appreciate them eventually granting it, it shouldn't have taken a laundry list of failures to get basic service. For the price, you can stay anywhere else and get treated much better
