We loved our stay! It was in the perfect location! The apartment is very cute with a nice view. We loved the amenities, especially the fact that there is a spa on the grounds. We got a massage and a facial at the spa and they were both excellent. 24 hour staff in the building to make sure the building is very secure. Highly recommended! We will be back soon.

This was one of my favorite places to stay in Mexico City! The city view was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The host was responsive and made everything easy throughout my stay. The property was spotless, with lots of great dining options nearby, and the staff was friendly and respectful. Overall, it was such a cozy and relaxing stay. I’d definitely stay here again on my next trip to the city!

La ubicacion esta exclente junto a Reforma 222. Pero el depto estaba limpio pero le hace flata mucho mantenimiento. Cuatro ventiladores y aires no funcionaban y tardaron tres dias en traerme otros por mas que reclame. Banos tapados y los contactos de luz ya estan muy desgastados entonces es complicado conectar celulares. Y varios focos fundidos en el depto y el de mantenimiento que fue a revisar dice que no tienen escaleras tan altas. Si te contestan por whazap pero no te resuleven hasta despues de dias. La alberca y spa excelentes. Hace falta atencion y mantenimiento al Depto

Very secure

My stay at kunkun was very satisfying, very secure at the lobby and amenities, staff is very nice, located in a good spot , all you can need is walking distance. A bit noisy at times moslty traffic sounds, and personally im a person who likes having a cool weather inside so I kept the windows open , but maybe if you close them at night there will be lest noise. Very good kitchen equipment , i prefer to prep my own meals so it was perfect for me.

Property is acceptable - could have used more towels for hand drying and additional trash bags. Kukun did not have any parking passes available during our stay so we had to pay for parking ourselves. Kukun did offer to reimburse but the process would involve an international wire transfer (too much work, not worth it). Property is attached to a mall with several dining options / the area is amazing. Views were incredible.

This is exactly what we needed for our family trip! 2 bedrooms, 3 WC, 2 level apartment, very clean and convenient. It is ideally located for walkable trips to areas of interest and wonderful restaurant locations. The pool was a nice treat for the kids after a full day of walking and visits. I recommend this location, as we all felt very safe and always welcomed nicely by the doormen.

Overall we loved this accommodation. However, we did not give it 5 stars because we found Kukun difficult to communicate with. We also were frustrated that we were allowed only one keycard for two of us. Other wise the apartment was great with excellent appliances, comfortable king bed, good views and gym facilities were fantastic.

A must stay with friends or family!

Great stay!!! Spacious, clean, and comfortable apartment with a beautiful view of the city. The apartment is a great central location, perfect for walking. The pool and walking track area was a wonderful added bonus. We had a blast staying here and would definitely stay with Kukun again when visiting Mexico City.

There was too much communication! Constant updates. And then the doorman had no idea who I was and that I had a reservation when I arrived (which was a little tricky because my map didn’t send me to the right place). That was quickly fixed, because there was such ready communication. Other than that, everything was easy, efficient and nice. I was there for business. One night. It worked out well in every way.

The bed needs to be repaired, the headboard wasn't attached to the bed and would constantly tilt down, the bad crossmember under the bed was broken, and the frame would slide all over the place. In the Kunkun manual left on the kitchen table, it stated that they would clean the apartment once a week if the renter stayed for 10 days. I stayed for 14 days and they only cleaned once, stating that I could pay extra to have the apartment cleaned more frequently. There were some exposed wires above the kitchen cabinets that were clearly taped together with electrical tape, which looked a little sketchy. The closet and the bathrooms were pretty dark, could use better lighting. A lot of the stuff in the apartment could be updated.

Great location, friendly and helpful support team, nice 2-level apartments with kitchens and laundry, and excellent amenities. The rooftop pool, lawn, track, and spa are terrific. 10-15 minute walk to leafy/trendy Roma Norté, historic sites, and Chapultapec park. Would definitely stay here again.

Excelente atención, recibimiento, pendientes a mis dudas, resolvieron el inconveniente con la tarjeta de estacionamiento, el departamento muy cómodo y con todo lo necesario para estancias largas. El único pero que les pongo y que por supuesto pueden mejorar es la higiene, el lavabo para los trastes estaba como blanco, el refri un poquito sucio de afuera y el contenedor del jabón igualmente con restos blancos no sé si del cloro o sarro. Y lo peor fue el baño principal, el bote con la basura de los inquilinos anteriores, la base del lavabo con polvo y migas o basurilla y el agua no se iba, se quedaba rezagada en el lavabo. La regadera muy blanca de sarro y las paredes amarillas de hongo o no se. En general muy bien, pero la higiene del baño pésimo
