I booked this hotel because I thought my experience was going to be better than at Kali ciudadela but I was wrong. The rooms were smaller and we couldn’t find cold water anywhere. I asked for ice and I was ignored twice.

By the end of the trip , we had over 9 Bed Bug Bites & I used to work at a hotel so I know what they look like. Staff were very kind and helpful during the stay but the unfortunate events in room 313 with the whole bed but situation was obviously a huge thing.

It seems that it has been recently remodeled. Very comfortable and clean. Location is very convenient close to downtown but quiet. I would stay there again if I need to.

Quiet and clean. Very friendly and accommodating reception. A couple of blocks from activities, transportation and dinning. Very few people on street around hotel so not sure if it is safe walking around at night.

Hotel location is unbeatable. Walkable to central spots and historical buildings etc. The English speaking skill of the hotel staff is very limited. Poor cleanliness on bedding stuff, we found foot print on the sheet, hairs on the pillow, all pillows which don’t belong to us… bring your own sheet if your want to stay in this hotel. Oh and dirty sticky thing on the towel. Don’t forget to bring your own towel too. Limited options on the free breakfast. Honestly, they might tried their best on the conditions. You didn’t really notice the cleanliness issue unless you went detail cause they looked ok on the outside and the room. I don’t know how they got so many good reviews, maybe because of its location. I just stated the facts that I found and I honestly won’t ever come back here again even their staff are nice.

This is an exquisitely well run, simple, but new and very elegant, hotel in an area that is in the center of the historical Mexico City. I rated everything high because Mexico City is not Paris. But I have never liked a hotels staff or its physical layout more. The only thing which wasn’t outstanding was the free breakfast, but they were clean and healthy and quite good for starting a long day of walking. The value of this hotel is extraordinary and again, the star of the circumstance is the staff.

Great place to be fairly close to everything and rely on a quality place to stay. Stayed here for 5 nights to explore the city. The breakfast provided each morning was a great way to start each day.
