Very nice hotel in the Polanco area. Do keep in mind that the restaurants and shops in the area will be a little more expensive because it is a very upscale neighborhood.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Would definitely send a friend there.

For the price paid should have been better and cleaner, bathroom walls were dirty and shower head wouldn't stay on. Came back to wet floor due to that the sink had a leak. The views from room were great loved having a couch.little alarm clock with speaker to connect the phone was nice 🙂👍
