I was given an occupied room, you cant lock your room from the inside and ANYONE with the code can access. I was given another temporary room for the night after 1.5 hours of complaining and trying to reach Hotel staff. No compensation or considerations from the Hotel. Bad experience Unsafe And lacks cleanliness!! There was a lot of hair in the bathroom. For the price definitely NOT WORTH IT

We had a terrible experience in the property. When we arrived and enter to our apartment we noticed that other people were already there. Very bad experience. Makes me feel unsecured

Stay elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs! There is no on-site maintenance, and front desk staff are simply security and cannot do anything. Reaching a property manager is impossible! For two days I left several messages (voicemails, texts, and emails) because we had no hot water in the shower or sink. It was not dealt with until the morning we were physically checking out and walking out of the room door when a maintenance person finally showed up. Before the hot water issue, our A/C was also not working so we had to sleep with the balcony doors completely open which felt very unsafe but the room was a sweltering oven so we had no choice. It took three days to get this resolved. On top of poor management, the area is insanely noisy with overly loud and thumping club music going on until 3am! Would not recommend staying at any Wynwood properties after this horrible experience!
