La habitación es un 10 en comodidad, pero el servicio al cliente me dejó mucho que desear, reservé y pagué dias Jueves a Domingo, yo sabía que llegaría el viernes a las 8:00 am aprox y por eso pagué el jueves como dia completo para poder hacer Check-In a esa hora, incluso un dia antes llamé al hotel para confirmar si podía registrarme a esa hora (además en la política que tienen en Expedia dice que se puede hacer registro a cualquier hora mientras sea un dia que se haya reservado, por eso compré jueves para tener disponible mi registro desde las 2:00 pm) y para mi sorpresa al llegar alrededor de las 8:00 am del viernes y acercarme al mostrador, con una actitud bastante cortante la señorita de recepción me dice que no tiene cuartos libres, cuando se supone que ya tengo mi cuarto reservado desde el jueves, no me pudo resolver nada por mas que le expliqué que ya había pagado jueves y que incluso llame para confirmar mi hora de llegada, asi que tuve que hacer Check-In hasta las 2pm y perdiendo un dia de reservación que pagué. No tendría problemas si desde que llamé por teléfono me hubiesen dicho que no podia registrarme a esa hora por mas que haya pagado, pero entonces también tendrían que pagar su política en Expedia donde claramente dice CHECK IN A CUALQUIER HORA.

1st the hotel was undergoing construction maintenance. Which ok I would have been able to deal with but it was not disclosed. The hallway carpet was covered in dirt from the construction. The room looked like it had been painted but that didn’t solve the roach problem we found crawling on the walls. Also no one cleaned the room, there was hair on the floor and bedding. We called someone to clean which all they did was move the hair around. We checked out the next morning and not even an apology. Gross gross gross.

The hotel was actually quite nice but large sections of are under renovation. Assuming we got a renovated room in it was done very nicely . The neighborhood is a little unappealing and a ways away from public Transportation.
