This hotel is very strategic located in the downtown neighborhood. At walking distance to El Zocalo, Palacio Bellas Artes, El Centro Histórico and other landmarks. There are a lot of food places and vendors in the area. The hotel is very nice and clean and all the staff is super nice and friendly, they were all very helpful when we asked for directions or recommendations. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel in the Zocalo. Friendly and helpful staff, nice restaurant and coffee shop on site. We had the king room with jetted hot tub. Room was very comfortable and large, included coffee in the room as well as a complimentary mini bar with snacks, pop and a couple of Coronas which were replenished daily. The bed was very comfortable. Would have preferred a couple more English channels on the television but CNN and Fox News was available to keep you up to date. Overall, this was an amazing hotel a couple blocks walk to the Zocalo. Price was decent, would stay here again without hesitation.

I would give this hotel 5 stars as I have stayed here several times and it is a beautiful hotel and very professional staff but I think it is very tacky how they ask you to leave your ID at the front desk when you request a iron to use. I asked for one and it was quite a process. I also think its tacky how they have someone go to the room at checkout and inspect the room when you are checking out and they come down to the lobby and tell the desk staff if they can release the deposit. I have stayed in historic area for many years as I go once a month and they all have iron and ironing boards in the room and they never make a show at check out. Other than that this hotel is perfect and close to everything within walking distance
