I stayed at Hotel Embassy in Mexico City and had a very disappointing experience due to the overall cleanliness of the property. The room was not properly maintained and did not meet basic hygiene standards. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs, which immediately made the room unsafe to stay in and forced me to leave early. Cleanliness is the most basic expectation from any hotel, and unfortunately this property did not meet that standard. The condition of the room and the lack of proper sanitation made the experience stressful and disruptive. I would strongly recommend that future guests carefully consider the hygiene conditions before booking.

Location was good, but the hotel not very clean. Hallway carpets smell like urine and mold. The worst part was my husband trying to convert his Dollars and they almost got him. He handed them $100 American dollars and got $160 pesos back, but the math is $1,600 pesos. The math wasn't mathing and it could of been a careless mistake, but double check if you convert.

Cleaning was below average. My bathroom was dirty, toilet and bathroom sink had hairs. Bathroom towels left residues on skin (like when towels are way too old). There is no laundry service.
