We checked in around 9pm. The staff seemed very confused about what to do for check in. They gave us the key to the room but when we entered, there was already someone in that room! We went back to the front desk and they seemed annoyed we were telling them the very big issue. They got us a new room and then told us we have to leave our ID to get the remote to the AC. We could not sleep because we were concerned that they would do the same to us and someone would enter our room while we sleep. When we checked out the next morning, there was different staff and they seemed a lot more professional than the night staff. We will never book here again.

The internet was slow or very slow at times. I had to put off my work time and again because of that and the work suffered. For that, I expect a reasonable refund. I also expect that Expedia will ask the hotel to upgrade that service and/or give factual description of the internet for the future customers. Thanks!

The elevator was broken, water was dripping in the restroom. The ac was off and you had to leave an ID to get a control to turn it on. Internet access was super spotty and since my husband had to work from home we ended up leaving 2 hours later. They wouldn’t give us our money back. When I complained they quit responding.

I would stay here again. The area is quiet at night and I slept well. The mattress is quite firm but comfortable with good pillows. The temperature was fine as it was October. The wifi worked well in my room. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The area is lovely to walk around with lots of Michelin rated restaurants and close to the metro. I was able to leave my bags after I checked out while I went to the museum.
