Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the air conditioning was okay. Everything was walkable distance. A few blocks away from Angel de Independencia. The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast. In my opinion its not worth paying extra. Portions are super small and they run out of juice and milk by 9am both days we were there. No way for my kids to eat cereal without milk. Im not exaggerating but the portions of a toast we got it was 1/8 of a piece of toast. They cut it onto 4 triangles then cut those triangles in half. Also, our toilet got clogged the first night and nobody was available to fix it. They told us they will fix it the next morning and that didn't happen so we had to go to the 7th floor to everytime we needed to use the restroom until we checked out basically 2 days later. It was never fixed.

The hotel was very nice the service was very good. The parking into the garage is very tight for big cars I have a Buick Enclave SUV and it barely fit. There was some loud music coming from next door and they brought us up some earplugs didn't help a lot but it was a nice gesture. I would consider staying there again.

Very Noisy!

The Hotels.com description says that this room is soundproof and that is the farthest from the truth. You can hear everything from every room around you and in the hallway as well. They even have a sign in the room that says you can request ear plugs. The beds were ok but the pillows were the worst I've ever experienced and we literally just stuffed with a polyester material that wasn't even covered other than the pillowcase. The sink loses pressure after a few seconds of being on and then makes a hammering sound. Most of the reception staff do not speak English so I had to use a translator a lot. The towels are falling apart. The showerhead doesn’t give a lot of water as well. Cleaning staff were super polite and helpful. The cleaning lady was nice to change my sheets as the ones on arrival had stains on them. The room description says it has a washer and dryer which is also not true.

Is a nice place for a long stay as it a bit larger than a regular hotel room and it feels more like an apartment due to the fact it has a separate area for dinner and a kitchenette, also a plus is the fact that the hotel has washer and dryer machines in the basement in case you need to do laundry.

The place is always noisy due to hotel construction of new half of hotel. We heard the person above us pace the floor at night with their shoes on for a month. You can hear the people talking in the hallway and the rooms next to you. There is no smoking anywhere in the building even balconies and rooftop lounge areas. The building will sway back and forth every once in a while like a mini earthquake.

No cleaning service

Great location and value but when arrived we did not have hand towels nor courtesy water. The next day we left the room before 2 pm to go eat and when we got back the room had not been cleaned. We called reception and we got a bad attitude person saying that the room had not been cleaned because we did not leave the room before noon (???) we told her the cleaning personnel was working on the room next door when we left but she insisted that because we were in the room last noon that’s why we did not get the service. Mind you, from 12 to 3 pm is cleaning time for check outs.

I had paid the upgraded fee for a bigger room with a king bed but was told at check in I would be a smaller room with two queen beds because the room with the king bed was given out already. No other explanation nor incentive, then the same receptionist who checked me in called me this morning at 11:45am to rush me to vacate my room even though checkout is at 12pm. I accidentally left my room key in the card reader and he literally made me go back upstairs to get it if not I’d be charged extra. He had passive aggressive behavior and not very welcoming. My last stay at this property unfortunately:(
