Overall our stay was excellent! The staff was helpful, friendly and very accommodating. Our flight was delayed upon arrival and we were starving, the receptionist at the front desk had the kitchen staff keep the kitchen open for a little bit longer so that we can grab some food! The suite was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. Good water pressure in shower as well. Only issue at the end was our check out. We had an early flight so we left the hotel at 4:30 am. Upon arriving at the reception, there was nobody. We were charged 2,000 Mx pesos (approx 100 USD) as a retention charge in the beginning of our stay, so I am not too sure what will happen with that. But besides that 9/10!

Very beautiful place, the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. Very responsible staff. Park your car anywhere, give your keys to their staff, and in the morning it’s all good)) love the neighbourhood! Very quiet. Light breakfast included every morning. I asked for massage service.
