Awesome place to stay in Roma Norte. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was spacious and comfortable. HOT shower with strong water pressure. Nice firm bed and pillows. Excellent location to everything you could need. Coffee shop conveniently located downstairs, and across from a lovely park. Planning on staying here again!

The hotel is beautiful, however, the floors are extremely thing so if you’re a little sleeper it’s ideal that the person above you isn’t a hard walker and doesn’t have the needed to push around furniture in the middle of the night. During the day, the temp in the room will go as high as room temp. Other than that, I actually enjoyed my stay.

Cute!

Very cute hotel across from a beautiful park. Rooms are quite large, but wall air con unit doesn't quite cool them down all the way. Rooftop breakfast is delicious with a gorgeous view. Neighborhood is very safe, even at night.

Lovely hotel with a really good coffee shop downstairs and vibrant neighborhood. So many excellent restaurants and swanky bars to walk to within 10 minutes I couldn’t count them all. Easy for uber pick ups too! I was in town for a music festival and returned to the hotel VERY late all but one of the nights and the staff made sure I had no issues getting back in. Super friendly, welcoming staff. The room was very large and well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel. Wonderful place!

Perfect hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. Everything is walkable, the staff is very kind and there’s a cute cafe downstairs. Room was super clean and quiet and in the morning you have an option to purchase breakfast on the rooftop. Would definitely stay here again!

Cute boutique hotel with a wonderfully friendly staff. Beverages are provided in your room daily - gratis. Breakfast was delicious. We chose the view of the park but if we were to book again, I would chose the courtyard view so I could sleep with the door open and not have to contend with noise from the park. It wasn't bad. I'm just a light sleeper. Also AC wasn't very cool. Thank goodness we traveled in February.

Definitely no upgrade. Were on the second floor above the sidewalk. Street noise from people in the cafe below. It did have an excellent breakfast, fruit, eggs, croissants and great coffee.

Unfortunately my last impression of this stay was a negative one. The hotel entrance is located inside a cafe, in which I spent time and money at every day. After I checked out, I took a seat in the back corner of the cafe to wait about 20 minutes for my ride to the airport. A tall effeminate employee in glasses came by multiple times to take an order and when I said I was just waiting, they became aggressive and said I need to stay in the hotel waiting area, which is actually just a tiny office with one chair. Given that the two businesses are clearly in cooperation and benefit from each other, I'm surprised that cafe staff would be allowed to treat a hotel guest this way. The other staff person was ok with me sitting there, so maybe this person needs to be coached on customer service.

lovely hotel and a wonderful location across form the park. staff were super helpful - only thing to be aware of is that the basic rooms are quite small. totally fine for a night or two but book a bigger room if you are staying for longer x

Mixed review

While we were impressed by the online description, we were upset by lack of lobby and nonfunctioning television. Also, while we booked early for a quiet room, we were given one on the first floor above the cafe, which could be noisy. We enjoyed the staff, the location and the bed. There was no dresser and the shower was hard to regulate as far as the temperature. We love the service and kindness of the staff serving breakfast on the rooftop. Good food also!
