Cleaning in facilities and room can be improved, particularly considering that CDMX is a construction zone. Staff was attentive. Amenities such as the laundry is a good plus for travelers with kids. Great location considering transport, restaurants and sightseeing. Coffee and pastries were not offered, nor the bottled of wine.

It was a clean, convenient location. BUT we were woken up by loud noises at 4 am one day. The adjoining apartment occupants were having a party with loud music. The staff did not speak English and was hard to communicate. The VIP gift was not available. The attendant did not know what I was talking about.

Nos encantó nuestra estadía. Limpieza, amplitud, comodidad, excelente servicio del staff. Que práctico fue tener un espacio tipo apartamento. Está localizado en un punto excelente para caminar hacia diversos restaurantes, el bosque de Chapultepec, etc nos sentimos seguros y cómodos. La cama y almohadas era perfectas. Dormimos delicioso cada noche. Nos encantará quedarnos aquí en un próximo viaje. Gracias x una estadía excelente!!

Whoever is leaving reviews about this property, must be getting paid by the property. The service was poor at best. We asked for towels, and they outright said no. They told us to use the same ones until we leave. Our sheet were never changed, so I ask to have them changed, and they said no, but here are some sheet for you to do it yourself. The electricity went out several times. WHAT A DISASTER OF A HOTEL, IF YOUWANT TO CALL IT THAT!!!

Property was nice and well maintained I loved the free laundry and the included coffee and snacks at front desk. The rooms were decent size although the layout was a bit strange did not like having to enter closet to enter restroom, also the air conditioner had limits. Overall the experience id say was an 8/10 would stay there again, I was really said when I did not receive the complimentary bottle of wine listed on the booking page.

Fue una estadia muy agradable, el lugar es amplio, tiene luz natural, todas las amenidades, hay seguridad, es comodo, limpio, muy buena locacion, a una cuadra de Reforma y en la esquina hay un 7-Eleven y Una Cafeteria y mas restaurantes, asi que todo estaba ahi. La verdad es una muy buena opcion.
