Asked for an upgrade due to booking issues and my status, but it was denied without even checking availability. Poor check-in service. The AC did not cool properly and the bathroom was clogged.

Our first time at this location to start the shower floors are uneven and slippery unsafe my friend had a fall. The glass shower came loose and was about to fall and shatter.
