Incómoda situación

En una estancia de 3 noches la última noche no limpiaron habitación…al salir de mi habitación está la persona que limpia y me pregunta si se nos ofrece algo ? Si requiero me cambien de toallas , a esta pregunta respondo no gracias .. y cuando llego en la noche la habitación sin realizar limpieza alguna , cañas descendidas, baño sucio , botes basura llenos sin barrer trapear etc , NADA … bajo y el chico de recepción me dice que lo siente mucho pero que no hay personal de limpieza ya , y que seguro yo dejé el letrero ti en puerta de no aseo, le contesté que No y le dije lo que pasó al Salir en la mañana y lo que me preguntó sobre toallas . Respondió que seguro se confundió la señora de limpieza (por favor , quien va a querer regresar a una habitación sucia ?) pues en la mañana del día siguiente en mi check out , doy tarjeta llave y me dicen permítame y llega la señora de limpieza en tono molesto a decir que yo dije que lo limpiara , le mencioné ahí lo que me preguntó de las toallas y empezó una discusión de que si dije de que no dijo etc etc , situación que es completamente de falta de atención al cliente “confrontar” con el personal implicado … ellos deben resolver su falta de atención entre personal y encargados , fue molesto , incómodo, hasta podría decir innecesario pues ya no había nada por resolver pues lo sucedido fue un día antes …. Muy mal !

Me gusta la localización y el concepto en general

Es una suite muy bonita , pero no entiendo porque no dan jabón en barra para manos y para bañarte … solo pusieron una barra de 10 gr para sus personas , y una estancia de 4 noches 5 días es muy poco jabón .
