My stay at Cuadra 134 Residencial Condesa had a serious privacy issue. The bathroom window was not properly covered, and it was possible to see inside from the outside. We reported it to the front desk, but maintenance wasn’t available during our stay. The location and property have potential, but this issue made the experience uncomfortable and needs to be addressed for future guests.

We loved our stay here! Tucked away in a courtyard, the property felt safe and the room was very clean and spacious. The location was perfect for exploring Roma and Condesa. The staff were very friendly and responded very quickly to any messages or questions I had.

This is a beautiful property, large apartment with balcony and complementary continental breakfast, you can find anything you need at a walking distance, malls, cafes, restaurants and the area is beautiful. Front desk staff are the kindest and most welcoming people.

Great place to enjoy Mexico City!

Staff service was great, specially security guard Karina. Great location. We felt safe all the time (in and outside). There are plenty of restaurante and coffee shops around. If you are staying in the rooms 103 or 105 you might hear noise from the restaurant below, but in the other floors noise is tolerable. Breakfast was small but of a very good quality. We will definitely book again.
