Eva, when needed, was very responsive and the apartment was in a great location. It is a very nice feature that there is a 24/7 Doorman... very personable and helpful. There was everything one would need in the kitchen for a longer stay... we were there for a week. Very comfortable.

The apartment was clean and very centrally located. Eva Maria was great in her response times, providing extra items when requested (towels) and telling us about local events. I would recommend the apartment, with only note being that it's a bit "older" than in the pictures but the overall setup and location was great for our stay.

Great location, reasonable price

We enjoyed staying at the apartment. It was centrally located, in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and shops around. It was fairly close to the historical center, about 15 min on Uber or 40 minutes walking. Overall, the space looked like the pictures provided in the listing but a little more tired. It definitely needs a bit of a facelift. The walls have scabs, the shades look old and do not work very well, several electric outlets are loose, the drain in the master bathroom is clogged, the faucet is coming lose, the furniture could use a facelift. There were only a few towels provided (two bath and one face towel per couple). Be aware that there is no air conditioner in the apartment but they have fans in the bedrooms. We did not mind it, but it could be a problem for some people. There were plenty of dishes and silverware and cookware in the kitchen. There is a giant balcony which we enjoyed very much. It gets pretty loud with windows open since the apartment is facing a very busy street. Overall, we feel like we paid a reasonable price for the accommodations.

Our stay was good, and the place was clean and well located in an area with lots of restaurants. The only complain would be that the air freshener was too strong for me, but this is a personal preference, and it should be a great place if you are not sensitive to scents.

Mexico beautiful and lovely!

This is a beautiful apartment with a great location for small families or two couples. Clean, secure and cozy. We were able to walk to Reforma, Chapultec Castle/Forrest, feeling secure and comfortable. The area is very close to Roma and Condesa which is full of great breakfast, lunch, and dining options. Just Infront of the building, there are four restaurants. Nearby there are also a few convenience stores. We really love our stay at this property. We are planning to come back to this lovely city soon and we will probably come back to this property. Thanks to Eva our host and the building staff. Viva México!
