The Hotel is excelent, just the staff was a little ovewhelmed with clients on our check in, waited 2-3hours in the lobby just to be the last to check in because we were told to wait till 3pm and they started getting clients in 30mins prior. Good thing for Us, they booked the budget room and upgrated us to a room with a view

Mediocre at best. Other better properties for maybe a few dollars more. Check in time is at 3 and even though we arrived at 3:05 we were asked to wait and didn't get into our rooms until approx 3:20. I do like the fact that check out isn't until 1 pm. Allowed us time to go out and get breakfast before checking out.

Very good area to stay at. Staff was ok, some were friendly some didn’t acknowledge when you walk in. Sometimes they missed cleaning the room, i had to report it. Overall, it was an ok experience.

The reception took 30 minutes to find our reservation and check us in, no one spoke english, so that made it especially difficult, and the room was freezing and there was no heat

Overall all was great. I would just recommend having someone greeting people for the breakfast. We didn’t know if we needed to wait to be seated if it was open seating. We also weren’t told that there was a different menu to choose from no, no one approached us during breakfast.

Location was perfect. Very close to a lot of restaurants, street vendors, and tourist spots. Would definitely stay here again just because of how close it is to everything and the beautiful view of the angel. Cons: originally booked because of free shuttle offered. Was unaware that reservations had to be made 24hrs in advance. I wish that was communicated. Also rooms had no fridge or microwave. WiFi was spotty.
