Shuttle service was prompt and hotel accommodated sending the driver to pick up us using e -mails instead of phone call. Room was terrible noisy and we had no much sleep time. Bed comfortable but pillows were not. No hand towels neither face clot. Body towels were very thing and thread bare, toilet was not clean properly, bathroom door did not close. I pick this hotel because the mini fridge in the room.

The floor in the room was filthy. A ton of hair, dust balls, etc. The shower also had a ton of hair. I had to wear shoes, because my socks were hair covered and BLACK with dirt. The bed was also super hard... not firm... it was HARD. Due to the crazy winding highways in front of the hotel, it takes 20 min to get to terminal 2. There is no where to eat near the hotel. I wouldn't recommend.

This is a very clean but bland hotel near the Mexico City Airport. I arrived during a rainstorm & had to run through the rain to enter. The time I arrived was after 5 pm, yet I had to wait for my room. I enjoyed a free expresso while I was waiting. The breakfast was ok. I took the shuttle to the airport with no trouble.
