The hotel room pictures showing on Expedia is deceitful. Balcony is very small. Communication is terrible. There was no response when I contacted them on WhatsApp. I was expecting to get the city view from a higher floor. However, they gave me the room on the 2nd floor. Unfortunately, I didn’t enjoy the stay.

Polanco is a great location, it’s safe and nice to walk around. The property itself is very clean and the staff is super helpful. Don’t get a room on the 16th floor if you have a baby stroller with you since the elevator only goes up to the 15th floor. One more con is that the AC unit is relatively low, which makes the fan blows air directly on you while you sleep so it’s not too comfortable. Overall a great stay.

Very lovely stay. The apartments are decorated nicely and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying again. The only complant was check in was 3 and our room wasnt ready till 430. And the doors to the bedroom and bathroom didnt close completely. Awesome place, great value.

What we liked during our stay was the location close to everything we wanted to do. What we didn't like was the AC unit placed so low the air flow was very uncomfortable. Even adjusting the vent and flow it is so low, we felt the air on us! Trash accumulates and doesn't get picked up until the 3rd day.It should be picked up daily or change the size of the very small trash cans. The table and chairs in eating/kitchen are were heavy metal difficult to move and the chairs were very uncomfortable.

Almost excelent but a fail

Booked for 3 persons My wife and Daughter, the sofa bed did not have beddings, (Pillows,Blanket, Towels and bed sheets) we called, we went down to the front desk, requested multiple times, First they brought bed covers, and a towel- a towel for the floor! we asked again and another attendant came and brought one pilow, we asked again for the blankets and they said they don't have any extra blankets. at this time we gave up! other than that the place would have been perfect.
