It was a bad experience mainly because of the terrible bed, it was very stiff and noisy. We could also hear the noise of the bed from the next room.

Great customer service and accommodation. The shuttle to the airport made our stay very convenient and the place was both modern and comfortable. Carlos was a great host! Highly recommend this place.

I liked a part of a common area where they have cactus plants. However I couldn't stay in this place despite the fact that they refused to refund my reservation fee. These are the following reasons: 1. Towels so old and dirty that has changed color from white to gray. 2. Bedding dirty, old and stained.The mat for the feet extremely dirty. 3. No heater. 4. No hot water in the sink. The shower water pressure was very low and you have to let it run for a while to get a luke warm water and the water never got hot. 5. The room in general was extremely small, dusty and dirty with spider webs in each corner. The floor was clearly not clean. 6. The bathroom was old and the walls dirty with tiny holes and peeling paint. 7. Garden view was none existing. Only trash floating in a dirty water, cleaning products and a hose all over the place you could see. 8. The window allowed all the light to come through and the white curtains didn't block the light. 9. No Wi-Fi service 10. No Taxi service 11. No local phone service. I had to go to the street to stop a taxi to take me to Hotel Lisboa which was almost the same rate but the service and cleanliness were incomparable. I have pictures & video of everything stated here.They charged me $700 pesos for allowing me to get inside the room 4 hours early and promised a continental breakfast which I never got because they forgot. I couldn't sleep those hours I paid extra because it was too cold the room, too dirty and too much light in the window.

¡¡Nunca volveremos al hotel Casa Hidalgo!!, desde nuestra llegada la señora ama de llaves nos atendió en la calle, nunca nos dio el recorrido por la casa y no nos explicó las amenidades, el trato fue grosero y cortante y lo peor, a último momento nos dijo que nuestro baño era compartido, casi me ve desuda otro huesped. Pésima experiencia en este supuesto hotel.
