This is a very solid Hotel for the price that you pay. It's not the cheapest. It's not the most expensive. The rooms are quite small, but efficient. We first received a room that did not have a window facing the outside, but facing an interior air ventilation space. Fresh air, but no view. They changed our room when we asked for it There is sometimes coffee downstairs in the morning. Every floor has a water system in the hallway to provide very hot water very cold water or room temperature water drinking water, of course so you can make your own tea in your room All of the employees were helpful and courteous There is always someone at the front desk, even late at night This is my second time staying in this hotel and I will stay there again The location is really perfect

Would not classify as a 3 star hotel

We’ve stayed in other 3 star hotels, and this one falls way behind. I wouldn’t even consider it in the same category. There is absolutely NO air conditioning or any ventilation in the rooms. There’s a weak fan that didn’t do anything for us and the windows don’t open all the way. When we were there, the days were 80+ and the room was hotter inside than the actual outside. Our sheets and pillows also smelled and we couldn’t stand them. Unlike typical (3 star) hotels, there are NO irons, hair dryers, or mini fridges in the room. We had to chase down the irons and hair dryers — we even spent 3 days waiting for an iron. These amenities are all a given for any other stay. The only bright side was the staff. They were all nice and understanding of our frustrations. It seems like they were similarly frustrated (with management). There were multiple nights during our stay that we thought of moving to a new hotel, but it was too short notice to find another spot. It was a very disappointing stay and I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone in the future.

From the moment I stepped in it is quite evident that the place is extremely well kept it was extremely clean and the rooms even more so I was there for 4 weeks and linens were changed very regularly towels daily and everything was always kept in Tip-Top shape the staff were friendly and welcoming and on every floor there were water purifier dispensers that dispense both cold and hot water and I drank it for 4 weeks and it was delicious the bed was comfy the Linens were clean and I will definitely be back to stay again

No sound proof. We couldn't sleep and ended up checking out early. You can hear all the noises from the street, people having sex (the wall shaking sound was the worst, felt like a construction site). Staff was careless, didn't ask why we checked out early. No AC or heater, the room is dirty and too small. The only good thing is its location which is close to everything.

Room was very small (bed and 2-3 ft around the bed) and basic (with bathroom, TV and a desk), which was fine for my needs. Water filter on every floor. I heard people having sex most nights. It didn't bother me but may bother some people. # Positive: Great location in Roma norte, close to Niños héroes subway station and to Chapultepec park (easy to go to Coyoacan, Centro historico and Central del norte). Felt safe to walk around at night. # Negative: The room was very hot even when it was cold outside, I would say about 20 F hotter. There was a fan but it was powerful and loud. The hotel is a little noisy but I was able to sleep fine.

My stay is great so far. I was able to do an early check-in for 300MXN, which seemed fair. What I love most is that each floor has a drinking water dispenser. The superior room's price and space is affordable. Located in the heart of Roma Norte, so it's safe all day and night.
