Everything is as stated and very nice. The problem: The unit sits directly on Diagonal Patrisimo, a 5 lane one way road. This road is busy 24/7. If you have any sleep issues, you may want to reconsider.

Great Apartment with Access to the best of La Condesa

The apartment is located in a prime spot, within walking distance of some of the best restaurants, cafes, and bakeries in La Condesa (Lardo, Botanic, and Saint. Don't miss the best tacos al pastor at El Tizoncito which is a very casual neighborhood taco joint and a short walk from the apartment). Low key street side cafe.). The streets have beautiful center promenades that are lined with trees, great for walking and seeing the beautiful architecture of the neighborhood. It is also close to Chapultepec Woods and the botanical garden, Anthropology Museum, and Contemporary Art Museum. Uber pick-up is easy from this location. The apartment is well-lit with sliding glass doors and windows, and a well-appointed kitchen. The balcony has seating for two and is surrounded by plants. The apartment is modern and super clean. Safe and friendly 24/7 reception. The building also has a shared rooftop seating area. The owner is responsive and communicative. There are two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, making it perfect for two couples. The apartment also has a laundry room with a washer/dryer and drying racks. However, street noise is noticeable.
