Excellent hotel customer service; I got sick during the treatment and the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean. The beds however were not very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was absolutely crazy, it was alternating between cold and hot every three seconds, impossible to get a consistent temperature. This was quite unpleasant.

We came to Mexico City on a mother daughter trip. The hotel was lovely. Well situated and the staff was lovely. Breakfast is delicious and the setting is also beautiful too. Would highly recommend staying in Roma Norte. They helped us secure a great restaurant reservation also. We had massages at the spa which were great but there was some kind of mechanical noise that we heard in our rooms. . We had a car from the hotel pick us up at the airport. It was pricey but we felt safer doing that. We took an uber back to the airport which was significantly cheaper Would highly recommend this hotel.
