The towels smelt of sewage and smelled up the entire bathroom. The carpet was filthy. The property is in need of updating. The bright spots are the breakfast and the staff. Both were excellent.

The room was big, however the restroom was mold filled and very dirty. I asked for more towels and was told no since they had provided 2. The service was great, but when I did bring the towels and the bathroom to their attention they said they wouldn’t do anything.

My hotel room was amazing and the night staff was great however the staff in the morning left alot to be desired. They were rude and dismissive and the cab service they used did not provide a comfortable service.

Room was clean, beds extremely comfy, staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast is amazing with several options, the dining room has beautiful views, staff is beautiful sang happy nirth to my mother. Staying again for sure! La habitación estaba limpia, las camas eran muy cómodas y el personal fue amable y atento. El desayuno es increíble, con varias opciones, el comedor tiene unas vistas preciosas y el personal es encantador; le cantó la Nochebuena a mi madre. ¡Sin duda, volveremos!
